Your Free Consultation
Before you decide if Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is right for you, we’ll start with a 50 minute free online consultation. During this session, we’ll talk about how the brain works, especially how stress affects your thinking, and I’ll take some initial information to help plan your first hypnotherapy session.
